Fiberbuilt^® warrants the Equipment they manufacture (Consumer Golf Accessories and Pop-up Net excluded from warranty) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year (five years on rubber foundations and rubber ball trays) from the Purchase Date. Fiberbuilt^®'s obligation is limited to modification, adjustments, repair or replacement of any portion of the Equipment that does not conform to their warranty (freight of the warrantied product is the sole responsibility of the purchaser). Fiberbuilt^® makes no other representations or warranties with respect to the Equipment. There are no further conditions either expressed or implied, including without limitation its merchantability or its fitness for any particular purpose. Any and all warranties hereunder shall be void and not applicable when the Equipment is damaged or rendered unserviceable by misuse or abuse, negligence, theft, vandalism, fire, water or other peril or the Equipment is used for purposes other than which the Equipment was designed.

Fiberbuilt^® is not liable to Purchaser for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind caused directly or indirectly by the Equipment or its use, maintenance or possession, whatsoever and however caused.
