FIBERBUILT® CUSTOM BRUSHES Spiral Wound Cylindrical and Coil Brushes Spiral wound cylindrical brushes have unlimited uses.  They can be used for scrubbing, deburring, cleaning, polishing, and the spreading of liquids and powders.  They are made by folding natural or synthetic fibers or wire, around a continuous retaining wire, which is then locked into a steel channel and wound around a shaft or tube.

Styles Brush coils can be wound with a lead between spirals for lighter brushing and dusting, or close wound for maximum density. All coil brushes are wound left to right. Unmounted Refill Cylinder Loose wound coil brushes can be shipped to customers for mounting on tubes or shafts. Mounted on Shaft or Tube Brushes can be directly mounted onto shafts or tubes.
