| Brush Block Assemblies |
Fiberbuilt brush block assemblies are made with hardwood, metal or plastic. We select straight grain Beech and Maple for our hardwood blocks, since this traditional building material is unsurpassed for economy, durability and overall product quality.
Metal brush block assemblies are heavily used in the energy industry for pipeline cleaning and Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) inspection brushes. Metal brush block assemblies are infused with pencil brushes and a variety of dimensions, materials and patterns can be selected. These block assemblies are the strongest of the block assemblies and they have the highest degree of customizability by offering curved, flat and ring layouts.
Plastic blocks, such as polystyrene, corolon and nylon are tough hygienic plastics and are used in brushes requiring resistance to acid, bacterial growth and chemical degradation. All of these blocks are non-absorptive, long-lasting, and are industry approved for use in food preparation and food processing facilities.
Fiberbuilt has the capability and the technical knowledge to design and manufacture a custom brush block assembly to your exact requirements and specifications. Please contact Fiberbuilt today and let us help you select the correct brush.
